These problems have increased health care costs to $2.5 trillion per year from $250 billion a year in the 1980s. Now too many people can't afford health insurance because of skyrocketing costs.
Plus 78% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, despite living in the richest country on earth, because of our unbalanced lifestyle.
These problems are not just personal problems any more; they are truly a national crisis.
If we don't change our lifestyle, we will be crippled, and we will not be able to compete with China or any other growing nation in a competitive world.
